All fine, but cleanliness issues

Clean and spacious rooms with a welcoming atmosphere.

I had some serious issues during my stay. The hot tub was out of order, which was disappointing, and the indoor pool area was extremely humid, making it hard to breathe. To make matters worse, the front area felt unsafe, as my grandson was verbally assaulted by a person who seemed mentally unstable. It was unsettling to witness this lack of security, especially with only one staff member present that evening.

Breaking it down, plain and simple

A cozy stay with clean, comfy beds and courteous staff. Breakfast was tasty, which is always a plus! The hotel is conveniently located near dining options, making it easy to grab a meal. A few drawbacks, like limited breakfast choices and issues with WiFi signal, could use some attention.

My kids wished for more space in the room.

The morning breakfast spread was delightful, especially the fluffy pancakes and fresh fruit selection that really hit the spot. I enjoyed unwinding in the indoor pool and took advantage of the relaxing jacuzzi after a long day of exploring. Just a heads up, the WiFi wasn’t super fast, but it was good enough for my needs! 😊

had a great stay at hampton inn. the location was perfect, close to our event. the customer service was fantastic—the gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant. the spacious room was clean, and breakfast...  

Family with children should consider it

I was surprised to see that when we checked in, the young man on the evening shift was like a breath of fresh air—very polite and professional! ! They even had warm cookies at the front desk, which was a sweet touch...  

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The location was great, with plenty of nearby dining options. However, the bathroom definitely felt dated and could use some maintenance. Overall, it was a decent stay despite a few hiccups.

It was just a smart choice for a short stint in Lubbock with exceptional value. The breakfast had a nice selection, but I had to ask for more waffle mix, which was a bit odd. Bring your own trash bags if you're staying with pets.
